Return Policy

STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES ONLY

We offer store credit or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or you may exchange for a different item.

Please note the following exceptions to our policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Holiday items are not eligible for return after the holiday has passed or if items have been discounted.
  • Returned items must have original tags attached and must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, including stains or odors

To initiate a return or exchange from an online order, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at sales@shopdoodlebugsarkansas.com and notify us of the return and the reason for return.
  2. Let us know which of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Please reference your original order number found on your receipt or packing slip.
Additional Information:
  • We typically respond within 24-48 hours of receiving a return. We will email you a gift card if you are returning for store credit. If returning for an exchange, we will email you to pay for additional shipping prior to shipping the item for exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipments are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. If you are concerned about a lost package, please insure the package through the mail service you choose.
