If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or exchange for a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com and notify us of the return and the reason for return.
- Let us know which of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Please reference your original order number.
- We typically refund within 24-48 hours of receiving a return. We will email you a gift card if you are returning for store credit. If returning for an exchange we will email you to pay for additional shipping prior to shipping the item for exchange.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees unless a product is defective.
- Shipments are the customers responsibility until they are received by us. If you are concerned about a lost package, please insure the package through the mail service you choose.
